- Asylum Research MFP3D Infinity (MFP3D)
- Veeco Dimension 3100 with Nanoscope V electronics (DI5)
- Omicron VT AFM/SPM with Nanonis v4 electronics (Omicron 1)
- Omicron VT AFM/SPM with prep chamber, RGA and Nanonis v5 electronics (Omicron 2)
